Melania Sublets Personal White House Bedroom to Separated Children
WASHINGTON, D.C. - As protestors took to the street Saturday to march for the reunification of immigrant children separated from their families, Melania Trump announced she would sublet her bedroom in the White House, free of charge, to any child still looking for their parent.
“The sublet comes with all the White House amenities including maid service, a personal chef, access to classified information and Donald asking for ‘back-rubs’ after a long day of work,” said First Lady Melania Trump.
“Unfortunately, I’ll have to move out of the White House and disappear, never to be heard from again, in order to sublet the room,” Melania added.
The Satirical Post reached out to President Trump to get his take on Melania subletting her bedroom to separated children.
“Huge mistake. She should have charged those little munchkins. You never give away real estate for free. Never. Do you have any idea how much money people would pay to sleep in the White House? Ivanka would never make a mistake like that,” answered the president.
When asked if he was worried about having the little children in the White House, President Trump answered, "No. From what I hear the sublet agreement states they have to use the space like Melania, so I'm sure I'll barely see them."
